-For 5+ items of the same product we charge 20% negotiable
– A surcharge applies for perfmes,laptops,mobile phones and tablets
– For our personal shopping service Where we do the shopping on your behalf,we charge 25% per invoice plus shipping and clearance charges
-You can choose to be quoted a landing price,this will be the price you pay for your goods to arrive in Harare and includes freight and clearancecharges

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • No goods will be released withoutfull payment.

  • Goods land within 10 – 14 days from date of shipment

  • For personalised items ,we require a full payment before placing any order

  • We send goods out every Friday ,Our weekly cut off for orders 12pm on wednesdays

  • Collection of goods should be done within 48 hours after notification for collection ,otherwise storage charges $2/day will apply
